BENITO FERNANDEZ

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Benito Fernandez is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of limited distribution and Trade Operations, which encompasses contracting, launch planning, program implementation, reporting, and account management.

He brings more than 10 years of health plan and pharmacy benefit management experience with a track record of driving operational excellence by optimizing business processes, adapting to change, and challenging existing practices.

Benito has served in a variety of progressively senior roles including finance, data reporting and analysis, billing, and enrollment progression roles with Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Onco360.

Benito holds a B.S. in Management from Montclair State University, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Risk Management from Saint Peters College, Jersey City, New Jersey.

CHRISTOPHER URBAN, RPh.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – ENTERPRISE

Chris Urban is a seasoned healthcare executive who brings multi-unit specialty, retail, mail, and PBM and patient services expertise to his role with the Company.

In his role, Chris is responsible for managing all aspects of ConnectMed360’s operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Chris is also responsible for leading quality, accreditation, innovation, and customized clinical workflows throughout the organization.

Before joining ConnectMed360, Chris held various executive positions at CVS/Caremark, including Vice President of Specialty Pharmacy Field Operations, Vice President of Hawaii PBM Mail Order Operations, and most recently, Vice President of CarePlus Pharmacy.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.

RAMESH NARSAPURAM

VICE PRESIDENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Ramesh Narsapuram is Vice President of Information Technology, leading digital strategies and advanced technology innovations traversing enterprise architecture, applications, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ramesh explores emerging healthcare technologies and recommends new strategies and solutions to support enterprise initiatives.

In this role, Ramesh also oversees information technology strategy, platforms, services, and applications while minimizing redundancy and cost to maximize operational efficiency. He also provides guidance on IT policies, security, and oversight for governance, compliance, and information management.

Ramesh has nearly 20 years of experience, holding several leadership roles in digital technologies and healthcare information technology.

Ramesh holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MS-MIS) from the University of Memphis and a master’s in International Management from India. He is also certified in ITIL (Service Management), Lean IT, and holds several Microsoft certifications.

EMMANUEL RAMDEEN

DIRECTOR, PATIENT SERVICES

Emmanuel is responsible for the development and overall program operations, including the program design, contracting, implementation, day-to-day operations, and on-going program management, as well as other aspects of programs managed by ConnectMed360.

Emmanuel brings more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry and over eight years of experience in managing Hub patient services, with a key focus on reimbursement services solutions and patient, physician, and pharma support, to his role as Director for ConnectMed360. Emmanuel’s operational leadership and profound physician and patient-first expertise enable complete patient and provider alignment with pharma partners while leading all program launches, pre-and post-launch activities, and ongoing program meetings.

Prior to joining ConnectMed360, Emmanuel has served in senior positions for Patient Services for more than 8 years including Program Manager at CareMed and Team Lead of Patient Support Services at CoPilot Provider Services. Prior to his patient support experience, Emmanuel spent more than 6 years at RxSpress Pharmacy where he held the position of Operations Manager for retail/specialty products.

TRACY JAMES

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

Tracy James is a results-oriented and data-driven marketing professional who is responsible for the development of robust marketing strategies to drive positive script growth, increase patient engagement, and expand our digital marketing presence.

Tracy has over 20 years of strategic marketing, branding & product positioning knowledge within the pharmacy, healthcare, retail, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Tracy has also held agency roles working on brands such as Rite Aid, General Nutrition Centers, and GlaxoSmithKline, and most recently, led marketing efforts for Giant Eagle Pharmacy and Highmark, Inc.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
